Navigram created an online walk-through virtual plan of a new residential area as well as floorplans and interactive 3d models of houses.

Requirement
AM Wonen asked Navigram to create an interactive visualisation of a new residential area. Customers were to get an impression of both interior and exterior of the plan. Furthermore, potential buyers should be given an online opportunity to select a lot, choose a house from different designs available for that lot, see the prices of the selected house and visualise the consequences of the various house options available. The customer should then be able to see the inside of the selected house and furnish it.

Solution
For the exterior navigram created a virtual plan of the area in which web site visitors could walk around in real time. The visualisation included around 50 lots, each with a choice of different houses. By clicking a house the user can select other housetypes, change the options (including colour schemes) and view the house from all angles.
The user can navigate through the area and see the houses from each point of view...
4 Architects developed 16 types of houses. On each lot, a potential buyer can select from one or more of these types.
Most house types have a few options, like a bigger garage, a room extension, etc. Users can choose these options, see the result and its price consequences.
