Navigram created a drawing tool to enable sales representatives to draw office solutions together with the customer.
The product contains the full range of Gispen Office Furniture. All products are fully configurable.
The result is better communication and a reduction of cost for making proposals.
The Navigram Productplanner allows you to visualise your product catalog in 3D and let your sales staff, shop assistants, dealers or customers use your products to plan their interior.
Products can be made fully configurable (options, colours, materials, etc). The interface is a simple drag and drop environment, so that it can be used by non technical people without training.
Reporting (i.e. article list) is fully configurabe. Once your catalog is available it can also be made available in our other products, like the Roomplanner or Houseplanner.

Gispen is a leading Dutch office furniture manufacturer with a strong design tradition. Navigram created an office furniture planner for Gispen based on its product planner.
The goal was to create a tool that can be used by sales representatives as well as online by selected customers. Therefore ease of use was a foremost requirement.
Furthermore the tool should allow the full range of Gispen furniture not only to be selected but also to be configured according to their existing catalog. Think of different feet, different finish, etc.
Maintenenance, for example adding colours or new models, should be easy and the customer should be able to do it himself.
Finally, the tool should generate overviews of selected articles, including full article coding based on the properties selected, and automatically send these data into the companies order processing system.

The userinterface was customized to match Gispen housestyle, in close cooperation with their web designers Zicht New Media Designers.
